I bought this for my Kenmore fridge (Model #106.59422801), but wound up getting a new refrigerator before replacing the tray. The tray was originally purchased from Genuine Replacement Parts listed as genuine OEM equipment part # WPW10614158. It is currently listed by that supplier at more than $60 plus shipping.

The tray is in new, unused and uninstalled condition. It measures approximately 17-7/8" deep x 8-1/2" wide (widest portion) x 1-1/4" tall. W10614158 is embossed on the underside of the tray.
