Car Spark Plug Test Principle
In automobile ignition system, the high-voltage ignition coil generates a high-voltage (10000 volts or more), and the spark plug diverts it form high -tension ignition coil into the cylinder engine, spark between the spark plug electrodes will ignite the mixture. The Detector could tell the good spark plugs from the bad by the strength of the spark.
Wide Application
This Spark tester automotive can be used to test 12V gasoline car spark plugs (a diameter of 12mm) and 99% of the spark plugs for crankshaft engines and motorcycles in the market.
Adjustable Working Frequency
Its working frequency is adjustable. Just rotate the rotary switch to adjust the working frequency within the range of 0 ~ 6000rpm. The higher the frequency, the stronger the spark intensity of the spark plug.

Protective Cover Design & Dual-Hole Simultaneous Testing
The protective cover is designed to prevent accidental electric shock during operation, making it safer to use. For your safety, please cover the protective cover before use.

This spark plug tester has two spark plug sockets, which can detect two spark plugs (standard spark plug and spark plug to be tested) at the same time. By comparing the spark intensity of the two spark plugs, the performance of the spark plugs to be tested can be judged.
