Delivery

We exclusively use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for our deliveries. We strive to dispatch orders every working day, with orders placed by 1 PM typically shipped the same day.

Returns

We offer a hassle-free 60-day returns policy. If you believe the item is "not as described," please contact us before initiating a return request.

With over 40 Employees on three different continents YUBALE is the brain child and the cumulative ambition of our co-founders Shahid / Mark / Ronalyn and Miss Soha. Collectively our founders combine over 90 years’ experience and expertise in the used and vintage clothing market.

With 70% plus off the worlds used clothing finding its way to vast sorting centres in Asia, it seemed the answer to purchasing and processing the quality items required was quite simple.

Hence Yubale was created with the aim off: Sourcing and processing great items off Pre-Loved and Vintage Clothing, along with creating well paid sustainable jobs in our Asian factories for those less fortunate than ourselves whilst also reducing the worlds carbon footprint. Well paid jobs/Great items at great prices and also reducing our carbon footprint at the same time.
