Title: Antique 19th Century Louis XV French Provincial Chevet Nightstand Side Table

Description: Extremely charming small French Provincial Chevet. Beautiful carved oak accents and side panels, wonderfully designed and patterned tapering legs with cute single drawer in the center. Quality accented legs are affixed with mortis and tenon joints. Wood pull handle and crafted extremely well and beautiful profusely decorated accents throughout. Seems to be makers marked with label underneath in France.The Tuerlinckx family is historically prominent in Mechelen, Belgium, a city famous for its high-quality furniture production and wood carving.

Historical Figures: While the name Clément is associated with Henri Clément Joseph Télesphore Tuerlinckx (1874–1922), many Tuerlinckx family members were renowned artists, sculptors, and musicians who worked alongside the master cabinetmakers of Mechelen.

Condition: Various signs of wear, damage, stains, etc. small chip on the top flat surface where a nail is protruding. Seems some nails are protruding out of the top side/back panels. Please refer to photos for further condition report or ask questions.
