New, unused from sealed packaging. Pacifier was removed from package for photos due to yellowed plastic packaging. The latex nipple has some wrinkles/cracking from age/storage, see photos. Packaging has wear from age/storage including marks, spots, scuffs, creases, and discoloration. The plastic part of the packaging has some cracks/splits/damage from storage.
