ITEM 

U.S. 740N leather pea coat by SCHOTT. This coat is black leather, double breasted with anchor buttons.  Nice big collar that will cut the wind when flipped up.  Two slit hand warmer pockets at the hips, and two inside pockets.  Fully lined with a quilted liner. Classic timeless style that looks good dressed up or down and will provide years of service.

 

CONDITION

 Nice vintage / pre-owned shape

 The coat shows color fade from sun and wear especially at the shoulders and top of the sleeves producing an excellent patina. There is one spot on the left forearm about 5 inches from the cuff.
