I purchased this on Amazon about a year ago when I bought my first EV (Chevy Bolt EV) and used it 2 or 3 times at Tesla superchargers before I hooked up my own fast charger at home. I can't speak for other EV's, but it charged my Bolt EV quickly and easily.

There is no manufacturer name or number on this adapter, but I can assure you it works well.
