Condition Continued: There is a slightly darker area near the spine and thinly along part of one side. It created a sliver of a water stain just off the top edges of the pages (see photos). The middle and bottom page edges are very clean. The book is square and the spine is straight. The binding is very solid from cover to cover with nicely tight pages throughout and nicely tight covers as well. No binding issues anywhere. With the exception of the very light water stain, the pages are exceptionally clean. I found only one small spot of soiling off the middle edge of one side of one page, far from the print. The sliver of a water stain is also far from the print. I didn't find any conspicuous creasing. There are no placeholder creases, no turned-down corner creases. There are no tears anywhere. There are no markings in the book. There are no attachments of any kind. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere. The inside covers and end papers are a light yellow. They are very clean. Both inside covers have a few puffy spots, not spots in terms of soiling, just a little puffy. There is a foldout between pages 90 and 91. It's in very good shape, no tears.
