This piece is from the 2006 2^nd Disney Character Teddy Bear & Doll Convention in Japan.  Dumbo has his original box, certificate, convention pin and tag in Japanese.  It is about 6 ½ by 3 ½ by 6 inches.  There are two tags on the body that show it was designed in England and made in China.
