Each keycap goes through 12 carefully controlled production stages before reaching you:

Step 1: Concept sketch and idea development

Step 2: 3D modeling and prototype creation, refined multiple times until perfect

Step 3: Precision 3D printing of the base shape

Step 4: Thorough cleaning with a specialized solution

Step 5: UV curing under professional UV lamps

Step 6: Base coat painting

Step 7: Hand-painting multiple color layers, including ultra-fine details as small as 0.1mm

Step 8: Resin casting

Step 9: High-pressure compression to eliminate air bubbles and achieve crystal-clear transparency

Step 10: Careful trimming of excess material

Step 11: 10–12 stages of detailed sanding and polishing for a mirror-like finish

Step 12: Final quality inspection and packaging

Every step is completed by skilled artisans with 3–5 years of experience.
