— Vintage Soviet Union Tennis Rackets

— Authentic Grip and Strings

 — Rare Edition

This racket was manufactured in the Soviet Union in Moscow at the “Experimental Factory of Sports Equipment.”

During the Soviet era, it had a reputation as a “masters’ racket” — something comparable to today’s Head Prestige pro 600. It was slightly stiffer than models such as “Duell,” “Extra,” or “Vostok” due to the graphite layer in its construction. In many ways, it could be described as a Soviet take on the Dunlop Maxply.

Whether you are a tennis enthusiast looking for a unique racket to hit with, or a collector of rare sports memorabilia, this vintage Soviet tennis racket has preserved its authentic design, making it a distinctive addition to any collection.

The racket is in satisfactory condition and could still be used for play; however, its ideal place would be as part of a collection or as an interior display piece. Considering its age, it remains in relatively good condition, showing scuffs and minor dents from play and long-term storage. The frame has no cracks, though there is a barely noticeable slight warp.

The racket retains remnants of the original grip and strings; however, the strings are broken.

Please look at the photos of the rackets to have an idea of their condition. If you want additional photos, please let me know.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to own this rare Cold War-era tennis racket.
