Up for auction is an original, limited edition screenprint by celebrated poster artist Jay Ryan. This poster was created for a two-night benefit for the Jackson Presley Diamond Fund, held on December 29th and 30th, 2006, at two of Chicago’s most legendary venues: Beat Kitchen and Subterranean.

The Artwork

Featuring Ryan’s signature illustrative style, the print depicts his classic animal characters (bears/creatures) perched on a branch, watching a vibrant sunset. The intricate, "scratchy" hand-lettering and layered ink textures are hallmarks of Ryan’s analog process.
