**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**
Monitor's can only be reliably used with HDMI 1 input. They exhibit a known issue when using DisplayPort input whereby when the unit is cold, horizontal banding is present on the display. This eventually goes away once the unit has been powered on for 5-10 minutes/warmed up. Various sources online claim to have resolved this issue by modifying the controller board however with mixed results long term.
When the display input is HDMI 1, the above fault does not present itself and the unit is immediately ready for use without any distortion.
