Both subwoofers have the grills...and you get ONE in the box...ONE out of the box.

Sold as is for parts.   These are super heavy.  If you are closer to me the shipping will be less....If you are on the East Coast the shipping is correct.  I will refund the shipping for overpayment.  There is a $15 boxing charge.  So if the shipping is $39...you add $15 boxing charge and you would be refunded the  difference.  Make sense?
