This is the 1993 ToyBiz Marvel Super Heroes The Punisher action figure, complete with his classic cap-firing weapon system — one of the most fun (and now hard-to-find) gimmicks of the early ’90s Marvel line. This version features Frank Castle in his iconic skull-chest uniform with heavy artillery, just like fans remember.

The figure is 1/2 sealed, meaning the blister bubble is partially detached from the card. The figure has never been removed and remains inside the packaging, but it is not fully factory sealed. This makes it perfect for display or careful opening without destroying a pristine blister.
