> Shipping
  • Dispatch: Mon-Fri within 1-2 working days. Weekend/Bank Holiday orders ship next working day.
  • Delivery: Couriers deliver Mon-Fri (excl. Bank Holidays). A signature may be required.
  • Collections: Welcome by prior arrangement - message us before purchase.
  • Large/Heavy: Engines, gearboxes, axles, bumpers, doors, bonnets and heavy wheels may ship on a pallet (7.5T truck). Ensure your address can accept pallet delivery.
  • Inspection: Check items on delivery day and report transit damage within 48 hours.
  • UK Mainland: Free delivery applies to UK mainland only. Surcharges may apply to NI (BT), Highlands/Islands, IOM, IOS, Channel Islands, or other offshore addresses. Contact us for a quote before purchase.
  • International: Import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Address: We ship only to the checkout address (eBay policy).
> Payment
  • Methods: PayPal accepted for posted orders; card payments supported via eBay checkout.
  • Addresses: Ensure shipping address is correct before checkout; we cannot reroute after dispatch.
> Return
  • Contact First: Message us via eBay before returning so we can assist and provide instructions.
  • Window: Returns accepted within 30 days for items unused and in the same condition as supplied.
  • Security Marks: All parts are security marked/photographed. Returns must match the supplied item and be complete/untampered.
  • Faulty/Incorrect: If we supply an incorrect or faulty part, we will cover return costs once verified. Please provide photos and your reg/VIN for a quick resolution.
  • Buyer's Responsibility: Buyer pays return postage for unwanted or ordered-in-error items. Pack well to avoid damage in transit.
  • Electronics/Coding: Many electronic parts require coding/programming by a specialist. Head units are supplied without security codes unless stated. We cannot accept returns on items damaged or "bricked" by incorrect programming.
  • Refunds: Processed after the original item is received and inspected.
