Vintage wrought iron aquarium stand / plant stand with ornate Art Deco–era styling. Solid and heavy construction with twisted iron details, decorative base, and circular top support ring.


This stand closely matches examples shown in a July 1930 magazine article titled “The Aquarium Provides Fascinating Possibilities” (copy included in photos), where similar stands were used to support aquariums and decorative plant displays.
