Vinyl "Rubber" steering wheel.  NOTE: Does not include any "clock spring"  Depending on year/model some used a clock spring that bolted to the column; while others used a version that bolted to the back of the wheel.  The wiring uses a different plug also.  Depending on your year/model you might need to use your old clock spring/wiring which is a very easy swap.  While other years/models this will be a direct bolt/plug in.   Color and condition as pictured.  Includes all pictured.
