Pre-orders can be canceled up to 10 days before the official release date. After that, cancellation requests may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% to cover reservation and processing costs.

To protect the items during shipping, we use bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Orders will be delivered through your local post office. All items will be sent with a tracking number.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, then you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.

Especially for pre-orders the estimated delivery dates shown by eBay are wrong! Please stick to the specified release dates in the description.

If the item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item for a replacement or refund.

Of course you can also opt for a full refund, this will be processed as soon as we have received the defective item back.

In the case of a replacement or refund on defective items, we will be responsible for the return postage.

If you have simply changed your mind and the item is returned unopened and in its original condition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item has been opened or unsealed, returns are accepted only in the event of an actual defect or a material difference from the description (for example: wrong region coding, incorrect language options, wrong edition, or missing advertised components).

Opened or unsealed items that do not show such defects or differences are not eligible for return due to personal preference or dissatisfaction.

Replacements: As long as we have the item in stock, we are happy to offer a replacement. We will provide tracking information for the replacement item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund. Replacements will be processed once we receive the defective item back.
