GM square body K10 K20 K5 SM465 to NP208 adapter 15597793 1985-91 short foot. Good used with some rust and crud on the outside. The inside is nice and clean. There are no visible cracks or damage except for one of the bolt holes in the foot which is missing the outermost two or three threads. There are still plenty of good threads past that but it would be a good idea to heli-coil the hole.
