This is a vintage CAbi black velvet cargo blazer. It has a 4 button closure with large front pockets and pockets on the sleeves. It has seam and contrast stitching detail throughout. This falls below the waist and has a low level of stretch.

This is pre-owned in excellent condition. No observable rips,holes, tears or stains
