These boots run true to size. I normally wear 10.5D boots and the 10.5E 2450s I was lucky enough to find feel slightly too wide as is. 

These 9.5E 2450s should fit someone who normally wears 9.5E boots, and possibly someone who normally wears a slightly smaller sized boot after putting in footbeds.

It's worth mentioning these 2450s are factory seconds, but they don't seem to have any considerable flaws aside from the discolored leather that was more of a result of water damage after being improperly stored by the previous owner. Red Wing's factory seconds are boots originally sold at discounted price for having some flaw, or flaws. Such flaws can range from something minor, such as a welt that has triple stitching in a spot that should have double, to something major, such as a distinct color difference between the boots. Factory seconds can be identified by a small hole that's punched into each of the tongues. Though factory seconds may have flaws that are aesthetic, their built-in quality or durability shouldn't be affected by such flaws. 

These boots were thoroughly cleaned and conditioned prior to being posted on eBay, and were treated almost exclusively with Red Wing Shoes branded care products. The only non-Red Wing product used on the boots was the UV Shoe Sanitizer made by PediFix to help ensure that the interior of the boots were properly disinfected.
