This is a c. 1890's New York City bar Fishel & Levy's (I found their locations to be 503 West Broadway and 55 Dey Street in Manhattan) ornate metal clock case without the clock interior. The text "Fishel & Levy's Monogram" is engraved into the metal. Measures approx. 14" x 12" x 3". See photos for condition.
