My great great grandfather was born and raised
in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. He moved to Napa, CA where he
was a lawyer and later judge. During the Civil War he returned to SC to
fight in the war. We have handwritten letters he sent home describing
events in great detail. When he returned home to Napa after the war, he
brought with him Confederate currency which I have now listed on Ebay.
