This hand dryer is new old stock in the original box.  It appears completely unused and was wrapped in the original plastic.  It comes with the accessories and instructions shown in the photo. Note that the box itself is in pretty rough condition from having been in storage for probably several years The unit itself my have a little bit of dirt and debris from having been in an open box. There could be a small amount of surface corrosion.  Study photos carefully for complete condition.
