The dust jacket has lots of wear on it and is now in a Mylar protector. The front flap is missing from wear on the leading edge of the book. Also the dust jacket has some chips at the top on the front and some light staining on the back. Also, the book is cocked forward a bit too.The front and back fly pages have some tanning and light stains, but the pages are in great structured condition. The pages are pretty thick and in good shape, but they do have some tanning from age on them. The binding is quite tight. The top of the text block is a bit darkened and I'm assuming form dust it collected over the ears. But I don't know that for sure. The last three pics are scans so you can get a closer look at the dj and green cover.
This 1942 book has 297 pages and 8 chapters with 10 illustrations, mostly graphs of some sort.
