The second and third volumes (after Sexus) of Miller’s classic Rosy Crufixion trilogy, in which he retells his early life in Brooklyn and his relationship with his second wife, Rose. All three volumes of the trilogy were originally banned in the U.S. because of their explicit content, but the trilogy was later named one of the 100 greatest novels of the 20th century by Le Monde.
