- All returned items must be the same things as what we send to you ( Serial Number has been recorded, we report to eBay if serial no. does not match)
- All returned items must be in the condition it was received. This means you must ship back everything in the original condition it is sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse returns or withhold up to 50% of the purchase price as per eBay policy if missing or broken parts are caused by the buyer.
