WWII U.S. Army Distinctive Unit Insignia Pin
Original World War II U.S. Army Distinctive Unit Insignia (DUI) pin, manufactured by the well-known military insignia maker Robbins Co., Attleboro, Massachusetts.
This pin features a blue enamel shield with white stars and a central torch motif, topped by a red cross design. The reverse is stamped “ROBBINS CO. ATTLEBORO”, confirming wartime production. The pin measures approximately 0.75 inches at its widest point and retains its original clutch-back hardware.
Distinctive Unit Insignia were worn by U.S. Army units during WWII to identify specific regiments and divisions, making these pins highly collectible pieces of American military history.
