DOAs (Dead on Arrival): In the event of DOA, please message us within 1 hour of marked delivery time via EBAY messaging.  Please DO NOT open the bag. We will need at the very least 3 clear pictures of the DOA to confirm.  We will issue refunds for the DOA only. Shipping is non-refundable.   If the fish arrives alive and you did not acclimate properly, we are not responsible for the loss once the fish enters your tank.  Please make sure you have your properly set up prior to purchase with the generally accepted water parameters .
