Hi, thank you for looking at items in my store. Here are some basic policies that my store has.

Testing Policy: I usually test and clean all pre-owned items to make sure they are operational. The only exception is if I don't have a player to test said item. These will be clearly marked as non-tested. Items marked new are not tested to keep the condition new.

Best Offer Policy: I'm ready to negotiate best offers for all my items!!! Due to the cost of shipping, I can't accept low best offers for individual items. I can however accept lower best offers for multiple items. Example: 2 DVDs $5.99 each, I can go down to $3.99 each, or pay full price for one item and then offer considerably lower best offers for additional items. I'm flexible and willing to work with you!!!

Shipping Policy: I strive to ship items out by the next business day. In some instances unforeseen events like weather, illness, car problems, etc. might cause a slight delay in shipping. These events are rare, but if any there is any reason that shipping will be delayed, I will contact you with updates.

Return Policy: Returns are only accepted if the item is incorrect, doesn't play in your player, fit, or is damaged in the mail. If it's damaged in the mail, please send pictures of the item. Returns will not be accepted if you don't like the item, find it cheaper, and/or if you change your mind after the item is already shipped out.
