The Tote is approximately 12" x 10" with one outside slip pocket. The inside is lined and has two slip pockets and one zippered pocket. The Tote closes with a zipper. It is in good condition with minor wear, no rips or stains.

The Lanyard is blue with pink whales and in very good condition.
