The Liebert GXT4 is primarily a refined GXT3 rather than a complete redesign. Liebert retained the proven core power architecture and added a better LCD interface, reflecting confidence in the underlying electronics. That continuity also creates practical compatibility: GXT3 battery packs and many extended-runtime modules and backplates can be used with the GXT4, often providing an affordable path to longer runtime or replacement accessories.
GreenLight considers the family a solid value for customers who want compact online protection from a mature design without paying for unnecessary novelty. Buyers should still verify the exact electrical configuration, especially on 5-10 kVA models, because many are split-phase units and may not match a site's voltage requirements. When the voltage and accessories are confirmed, the GXT4 offers good performance, a more approachable local display, and the service advantages of a platform closely related to the established GXT3.

Shipping & Delivery
Freight
Since most UPS systems are heavy, we ship most orders on pallets via freight carrier to your loading dock. Smaller systems under 70 lb may ship by FedEx or UPS. Contact us for special delivery requirements or shipments outside the continental U.S.
Work Process
Each UPS or system is retested before shipping to help ensure a smooth experience upon receipt. Most orders require 2–3 business days for preparation and testing. Contact us if you have special requirements or need expedited handling.

Warranty
Unless otherwise specified, GreenLightUPS warrants equipment for 12 months from the date of purchase. Warranty claims require the end user to participate in diagnosis and troubleshooting with our technical team before resolution. Batteries are excluded from this Limited Warranty unless specifically identified as covered in writing at the time of sale.
