Description

If you are buying from the USA, and having the item posted to the USA: due to new tariffs imposed by the current US administration there will be Import costs to pay which US Customs require to be paid before we can post the item to you. We can issue you a PayPal invoice for the amount, so please send us your PayPal email address when you pay for the item. Royal Mail will charge us for the Import duty and then pass it on to US Customs on your behalf.

The Import duties are as follows:

For items made in China: 35% + £1

For items made in the EU: 18% + £1

For items made in the UK: 13% + £1.

International buyers, please note: due to the fact that it has become so costly to post items to destinations outside the UK, we have decided to implement the eBay option not to accept returns from International buyers, unless of course we make a mistake. In the 15 years + that we have been trading on eBay we have only ever had two customers who have asked to return an item because they 'changed their mind, or bought the wrong item' We try and keep our prices and postage charges as low as we possibly can, so we cannot afford the losses that we would inevitably incur if we did accept remorse returns. We hope that you understand. Any import or other duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please take a couple of moments to read through this item's description before buying.

This UK Free Post 'Buy it Now' is for a very rare opportunity to get yourself a New, GB Made, Hornby, BR, 'King Charles I', number 6010, loco body, boiler under pan and mounting bolt. The tender drive loco that this body has been taken from had never been out of its R826 (Cornish Riviera Express' train set box until we took it out just before listing it for sale. Whilst this 'souble-chimney'  loco body was part of a BR, Late Crest loco, it would be fine to use with a BR, Early Crest loco. Please see Hornby service sheets in the112, 206 and 260 ranges.

This loco body features separately applied metal handrails, black buffers, plenty of brasswork and a copper topped, double chimney. The paintwork is a clean and shiny as the day it was made nearly 30 years ago.

So, if you are looking for King class loco body for a project, or you need to replace your existing King class body, don't miss this opportunity to get yourself this superb, new example, especially since our UK Free Post 'Buy it Now' is just £19.99.

This 'Buy it Now' is for the 'King Charles I' loco body and underpan. Nothing else that you can see in the photos is included.
