Items have to be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused (with original tags and/or packaging), and in the original packaging. If the item is received and is not in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping needs to be paid by the Customer No change of mind fee will be charged however initial shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund. First of all please make contact with your local Post Office and check they are not holding your parcel for you.

Then if still not received / found, send us an email Via eBay message message advising the item has not arrived. We will then contact Australia Post and follow it up for you and advise the outcome.

    A:     We generally dispatch the item 24-48 hours of the payment clearing. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment and another as soon as it ships. Most of our items take between 1-4 working days to arrive to all of Australia excluding remote areas in WA etc.

    A: Yes, most of our items are sent by Australia post, registered post with tracking numbers and signature unless stated otherwise in the item postage description. Some items will be sent by standard post to reduce cost which won't be trackable.
