The is only the heavy cardboard sleeve for the record. I think this version is from the 70s. It was the version played on local Chicago television.  Full lyrics are printed on back. Made and printed in USA. Some surface dirt. But otherwise in very good shape. If you have the record add this sleeve and really make it valuable. Kept in smoke free home.
