- Condition: "New/Unused" refers to the item itself, not the box or accessories. Polished items may have faint buffing marks.
- Ring Sizing: We do not offer resizing services. Please check the size description carefully. Returns due to size mismatch are considered "buyer's remorse."
- Natural Gemstones: Natural stones and pearls may have internal inclusions, color unevenness, or slight surface irregularities. These are proof of nature and not defects.
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we carefully inspect earrings, but strictly advise cleaning them before use.
■ Exclusions from Responsibility (Terms of Sale)
Even within the return period, we are not responsible for the following:
- Stone/Pearl Loss: We inspect items thoroughly before shipping. We are not responsible for stones or pearls falling out due to impact or daily use after delivery.
- Deformation: Distortion of rings or earring posts caused by force during use.
- Cosmetic Changes: Discoloration, scratches, or loss of plating due to wear, sweat, or chemical contact (perfume, hairspray, etc.).
- Modifications: Any issues arising after the item has been resized, repaired, or modified by a third party. (This voids all responsibility).
■ Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
