It is the full newspaper as published that day, not just the front page or front section.  So you can read all of the other news, sports, ads, etc. of the time.
Many people kept newspapers of the event, but over the 60+ years since, most issues were lost or damaged.  This copy is unread and was  stored carefully, with long-term preservation in mind.  It is in a plastic bag for protection, and it has had minimum exposure to damaging sunlight.  Thus it is in exceptionally good condition for its age.
