Up for sale is a copy of ROM #23 graded 9.6 NM+ with white pages by CGC.   This will be packaged securely between thick sheets of cardboard and bubble wrap and shipped in a box via USPS priority mail.  I do combine shipping on multiple items; feel free to email with any questions.
