📝 Description

Vintage trigger-style ice cream scoop (disher) with a smooth wood handle and a mechanical sweep blade inside the bowl for easy release. Great for ice cream, cookie dough, mashed potatoes, meatballs, and more.

The end cap shows a worn maker’s mark that appears to read “Gilchrist” (see close-up photo). Scoop is pre-owned with normal vintage wear and patina.
