We always try to be as accurate as possible with all descriptions and use as many photos as we can to give you the best chance to decide whether any item fits your specific needs. If you ever require more information or photographs of any item, please just ask BEFORE the item ends, we are always happy to provide more info if requested and will do our best to do so in a timely manner.

Most items will be posted the next day at latest (if posting is via a courier due to size or weight, sometimes the courier company may take an extra day to pick up items depending on their schedule). Items are always packed carefully and labelled properly and will be sent using the most secure and cost effective method possible.

Should you purchase more than one item at the same time we will always try to combine them into one parcel if it is possible and cost effective. Sometimes it is worth doing, but not always due to the insurance values and weight/size bandings within the various postal services, either way we will always do our best to keep costs to a minimum for you.
