This is from late 90's early 2000's. ISI Thermal camera from a fire station. it's missing the charger and the battery is not charged. It blinks red so I'm sure it would work if you have a charger or could find one. It probably needs a new battery. So it's not currently working but I believe it's because of a dead battery. $200 or obo.
