All prints are washed, cured, prepped and primed in high quality, grey, plastic primer, ready for you to paint straight away. Please remember that our models are UNPAINTED, so please do not purchase it if you think it will arrive painted, as we do not currently have the capacity to offer a painting service. The model parts will require assembly, so any super glue will work, but we recommend Gorilla glue.

Our model parts are hollowed with 7mm drain holes in inconspicuous areas. This allows us to UV cure the internal areas of the model to ensure the model stays completely solid and the integrity of the model lasts longer. Not all suppliers include this process or a primed, ready to paint model.

You will be placed in our print queue with other buyers. Our typical handling time is approximately 15 days, but in busy periods this may increase, but could also be shorter than the standard 15 days. However, product quality and customer service are our main priorities, so we will communicate with you as often as needed. From time to time, we may experience a print failure with some of the model's parts, so we would be required to re-print those sections of your order. This would cause a slight delay, but again, we will always keep you in the loop.

We are a family run business that takes pride, considerable time and effort to create high-end models, that any collector would be proud of. We light sand all printing scaffold marks and prime each part, which not all suppliers offer. Furthermore, our lower layer heights and complicated bases and dioramas produce stunning details, so please be patient and understand that we are not a down and dirty print 'n' ship shop like some other sellers. We will never sacrifice the quality of our prints for a quicker dispatch time. We want to maintain a 100% satisfaction rating, so we will go above and beyond to make you happy, all we ask is that you are kind, patient and respectful, as that is what you will always get from us.

We dispatch using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery. We individually wrap each part of your model and double line all our boxes for secure postage. Postage is free to UK mainland destinations, but please enquire about international destinations before placing an order, otherwise a refund may need to be issued.

We have a very large catalogue of items, so please feel free to message us about a bespoke product or a particular figure or design you cannot find in our eBay shop. We can add products to our shop at very short notice if requested.
