Very nice vintage (1970s) condition.  Has 4 holes on the front (see pics).  Very clean and unwrinkled with cleaning instruction on tag at hem.  Size Large - check given dimensions for sizing as it is a vintage shirt. 

Measurements:  armpit to armpit 22", shoulder to shoulder 19", sleeve length 23.5", length 32".
