Nice vintage condition.  Each page measure approximately 8 3/8" by 10 7/8".  Outside cover pages shows some corner and edge wear as well as some indentation marks.  Along the top front page there is a storage mark or possibly some discoloration/light paper loss.  On the back cover page, there is some indentation marks, crease lines, and some storage markings.  Minor wear and paper loss at corners.  Inside pages may show some indentation lines, crease lines, the possibility of some tiny nicks and(or) rips along/at edges, paper loss, and(or) bumped, rounding corners.  There may also be the possibility of some dogeared corners, storage markings, discoloration spots, and age related toning.  Please see all photos.
