This is a super rare tin wind up drumming clown toy made in japan in working condition you just need to wiggle him sometimes! He walks forward and backward while he plays the drum. His pants are falling down a bit and a little torn and little stained, his drum has a hole in it, his red ball on end of drum stick is missing. But i would say this clown is in good condition.
