They are from my father's estate.  Most have been used, some look new.  There are no tears in any of the pockets.  Some show outlines of where a coin was stored and there are wrinkles on a few.  All all a pretty heavy guage vinyl - I'm not sure what mm thickness but they are the nicer variety of the ones my dad had.  It is my opinion that each of these is in good, usable shape.  I am not a coin collector so you please be the judge.

I am liquidating his collection of just under 7,000 coins.  Most of them were in white cardboard stapled squares and stored in these sheets in binders in his home.
