The CURT weight distribution hitch is a specialized towing system that provides improved vehicle and trailer control by leveling the trailer and more evenly distributing its tongue weight across the trailer's and vehicle's axles. Weight distribution hitches are commonly used on travel trailers and campers but can also be applied to other large loads. CURT WD hitches come with a 2" x 2" shank and are compatible with class 3, 4 and most 5 trailer hitches, including Xtra Duty and Commercial Duty (2-1/2" replacement WD shank may be required, sold separately), as well as some RV trailer hitches. While a weight distribution hitch will increase the gross trailer weight capacity of most trailer hitches, the vehicle's weight carrying capacity must be taken into consideration before towing a heavier trailer (NOTE: Never exceed the lowest weight capacity of any towing component).This trunnion bar weight distribution hitch features a heavy-duty formed head and square spring bars constructed from forged steel. It offers a gross trailer weight capacity up to 10,000 lbs. and a tongue weight capacity of 1,000 lbs. It also includes hook-up brackets, spring bar safety chains, a trailer ball and a pin and clip. To protect this hitch from scratching, chipping, rust and UV damage, it also comes with a durable black powder coat finish. For added sway control, this weight distribution hitch includes a sway control unit. While weight distribution hitches are an effective solution for stabilizing and leveling out your towing rig, they should not be considered a sway control. However, when combined with a CURT sway control kit, the WD hitch maximizes its effectiveness in controlling sway. The sway control kit includes a sway control unit, trailer balls to attach to the trailer and hitch, a reinforcement plate and attachment clips.

We will post the tracking number and carrier
directly on eBay and you will receive a notification from eBay. If you have not
received the tracking number by the 4th business day, please be sure to check
your spam filter before contacting us. The customer is responsible for being
home or arranging delivery.



If there is any damage to the item during shipment,
please try to report the item to the shipper as being received damaged and deny
shipment. If you receive the item damaged and are not able to inform the
shipping company before they leave, please contact us immediately so we may file
a claim. Photos are always required for damage claims. Box damage does not qualify alone as a damage claim.



WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES or APO/FPO addresses.
If a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address is your default eBay address, your shipment will be delayed until we receive a confirmed residential or business
address.



International Customers: We will declare the full
value of the item. We will not declare it as a gift. The customer is responsible
for all customs fees. Overstock Accessories does not take responsibility for
charges caused by importing the product into the customer's country.

Returns

Our return policy is straightforward and customer friendly.
You can feel confident shopping with us. We will take any item back within 30
days of purchase, as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer's
warranty return policy (which we are obligated to honor) and the following
conditions are met:



The item must be in original, unused condition and
must be returned in the original packaging.



We are unable to accept any item that has been
installed and/or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept returns that are
not in the original packaging. These are constraints set by the product
manufacturers, and we are obligated to honor their return policies. Items
returned in poor condition or having parts missing will incur a restocking fee. The
item return label must have an RMA# supplied by us or the return might not be accepted.



For standard shipping items, the return fees are free, and a return label will be provided. LTL freight shipping items are the customer's responsibility, unless there is an item defect and a valid claim is filed with photos and all requested information.



EXCHANGES: At this time, eBay does not have a system in place to allow exchanges. On some occasions, we can replace items if we receive proper claim information and the customer fulfills all necessary requests for a replacement. These requirements will be communicated through eBay messaging.
