You are purchasing a pre-owned cobalt blue bowl by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany. Beautiful and HEAVY! The bowl does have some scratching, but should not be very noticeable once displayed. Priced accordingly. It was difficult to photograph without reflections. Still an absolutely stunning piece. Measures almost 14 inches in diameter and a little over 3 inches tall.
