1. Under normal circumstances, your item will be shipped within 2 business days after payment.

2. We only ship packages to your eBay registered address.

3. Items will be shipped from Singapore via FedEx and will include insurance, and the delivery time depends on the destination's customs, logistics, and other influencing factors. FedEx delivery contains direct signature service, so please provide an address where an adult can be present.

4. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and paying taxes when the goods arrive at the destination customs. Any "item not received" or "refund request" due to the buyer's refusal to clear customs will not be accepted. Import duties and other additional charges at the destination are not included in the item price. 

5. Due to international shipping, there will be Two tax that needs to be considered before placing a bid, please notice there are VAT (Sale tax) and DUTY for custom, it is the buyers' responsiblility to pay TAX AND VAT.
